Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy:**
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business, taking into account the time and resources invested in preparing for your event.
- **Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the scheduled event:** You are eligible for a 90% refund of the total amount paid.
- **Cancellation within 4 days (96 hours) of the scheduled event:** You are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- **No-shows:** No refund will be issued for individual guests or groups who do not attend the event.

Event Rules- Build-a-Bong
Behavior:
1. **Respectful Conduct:** Treat fellow attendees, staff, and performers with respect and kindness.
2. **No Harassment:** Harassment or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or any other factor will not be tolerated.
3. **Follow Instructions:** Adhere to instructions given by event organizers, security personnel, and staff at all times.
4. **Mind Noise Levels:** Be mindful of noise levels to not disrupt others' enjoyment of the event.
5. **No Unauthorized Solicitation:** Do not engage in unauthorized solicitation or promotion of products or services.
Cleanliness:
1. **Dispose of Trash Properly:** Use designated bins for trash and recycling. Keep the venue clean.
2. **No Vandalism:** Respect the property and facilities of the venue. Any damage must be reported immediately.
3. **Personal Hygiene:** Maintain personal hygiene to ensure a pleasant environment for everyone.
Safety:
1. **Follow Emergency Procedures:** Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures upon arrival.
2. **Report Suspicious Activity:** Report any suspicious behavior or items to security immediately.
3. **No Weapons:** Possession of weapons or dangerous items is strictly prohibited.
4. **Alcohol and Drug Policy:** Adhere to the venue's policies regarding alcohol consumption and drug use. Do not engage in illegal activities. Any alcohol consumed on site must be brought in and discarded by the registrant. Absolutly no person under 21 permitted to attend.
General:
1. **Ticket and ID:** Have your ticket and ID (if required) ready for inspection.
2. **Dress Code:** Adhere to any dress code specified by the event organizers.
3. **Age Policy** Absolutly no persons under 21 years of age permitted to attend
4. **Photography and Recording:** Respect any rules regarding photography and recording set by event organizers or performers.
